Porn is dead and we all know it, don't kid ourselves;) I've made good income with affiliate marketing but now its just a waste of time. Now, you need to work 10 hours a day to get a few sign ups or sometimes you get nothing. Programs are screwing us over and we are to fuckin stupid or blind to see it;)

Some fuckers I'm promoting are bidding on my domain keyword and basically stealing my sign ups to one of their particular sites. So, when people type in my domain name (301 to their site) in google, their fuckin right on top of me shitting on me. I could go on and on and on, find another career before its to late;)

Porn is def not dead...
However I do work a normal job and do this shit on the side for fun.. could care less about how much its pulling in. i dont need to depend on it :)

That said; Google REALLY fucked all the intenet affiliates over. Google built their index of their search product then sold AdWord because they had the traffic. Recently, AdWords raised their prices a lot after they destroyed the advertisers affiliate base. Now they are bleeding the advertisers -- only the strongest will survive.

However, AdWords does not accept ads for hardcore porn businesses but they made the tubes SEO kings so they keep their searchers happy.

So you need a site that makes referrals happy or need to learn media buying and all of its ins and outs. Or, get a day job -- or move on to something different online.

Eventually, the tubes and Google will cannibalize themselves -- like IBM did -- they survive today only because of their capital and inertia.

Send them your flirt4free link and tell them that webcam is the perfect place to learn English.

I actually agree with this somewhat. Though I had like 4 bad years, 4 ok years and my last one was the best of them all, the difference was simply applying what I knew and selling cams instead of porn sites.

Technology improved (themes, computers, phones) and the content I wrote was good enough and the ideas I have now are coming together. Had I just given up last year (about 1 year ago today), I wouldn't have seen the results I've had.

But if you're bogged down, it's not panning out, there's no realistic chance of winning or you don't have time to mess around, maybe giving up is a good idea.

Yes, it's getting harder and harder, and even mainstream affiliate marketing. Google is penalizing sites at will because it wants to hoover up an ever greater share of online retail, and everything can be sold on Amazon now, even sex toys and Amazon only gives you 5% commission or something ridiculous.

To get anywhere in adult affiliate marketing now you need to run tube sites, which are a tremendous hassle. PBNs are dead. The problem with tube sites is that they're leading to countrys getting tougher on age id checks, which will mean it will soon be difficult to even make money from tubes.

I have made some decent money from adult and mainstream marketing but now I need to look at other options. So what kind of 'real' jobs lead naturally from affiliate marketing? I can do SEO obviously but then there are a million Patels in India who can do it for $2 an hour. I have some self-taught programming skills in multiple languages but no actual qualifications or work experience other than coding for my own sites. I have about $100k to invest, perhaps in a new business, but I don't want to risk blowing it all.

Porn, technically, is on its prime. Too bad the business is hurt.
