A LOT of ICO's are pump and dumps - only focused on real ICO's with real business backing and solid teams - a lot of research to make sure of the cream from the crap.

rumours are China want to ban all ico's and than all coins.

and than new rumours they won't ban it.

ICO have many scammers now.
But the money goes into another country's if ban it.

ICO's - you need to research and be aware of the founders, histories and actual business behind the ICO model - research is key to minimize risks. We research extensively and have a very strong crypto / ICO research structure.

About other posts - China and cryptos and ICO's - there are always rumours - but its not possible for them to block activities of their citizens 100%. Proxies - traveling outside of China to trade etc - the fact is that successful Chinese find ways to get their investments and financial success diversified.

10 years ago - yes.. today very slim chance. (I have done an 8 figure deal with someone on GFY before)

Also the limits are not set at 1000 ETH - however anything under 100 ETH is probably not worth my time.
