Just type "royalty free music" in google and you will find tons of music which you can license for low fee.

Yes there are services, just be prepared it often sounds like crap. It can take quite an effort to find something bearable.

How about skipping the music completely? Music in porn is completely ridiculous. It's stupid and annoying and distracting, and lends absolutely nothing to any porn scene. It *ALWAYS* sounds like shit.
