Hurricane News Reporters Are Crazy
They, the camera person, lighting and sound people stand around in 100+ mph winds to tell you it's rainy and windy. Trees falling, limbs crashing, signs flying by, but there they are, pushing for ratings.
Two million people without power in Florida but they're on television, showing the devastation. Interrupting the NFL to show a storm you can see after the game. When (when, not if) a reporter is hurt, the station will wonder why this happened, or claim no responsibility as the reporter chose to do their job, or more nonsense. |

I came back he and remembered a few nicks. I had good laughs here, good contacts and learned a lot. So much has changed in the industry but this board is enough. For now. As I grow,I may add other resources but for now, my journey is a slow one. Btw, a few "big assholes" here have helped me privately and I appreciate it more than I can say. It would shock people to know how truly nice they are when not an online personality. Their secret is safe 😉 |
