GXBill in here, please!
Does anyone know what is happening with GXBill? I have been trying to reach them for account assistance and stuff but I do not get replies. I also tried to call them and their representatives are "busy serving other customers" and I had to leave a message. No email replies, no message replies... No phone replies!? I get my payouts from them and I am very happy but something with their communications is either screwed or something else is going on... I have to reach them because I have some more wonderful projects and I need to add them to my account but only tech or account manager can do it and they seem to be unreachable. Any ideas how to contact these guys? Mike? Jojo? Sam? I know some of them are even here on this forum and if you are reading this, please contact me. Thank you! :1orglaugh

I have actually talked to them in the past but it seems they have communications problem or something, I do not know. Hope through reading this they become aware of it, so they become reachable again. :)

As an affiliate I've seen a number of instances where a visitor from a Tier 2 country bought a membership using GXBILL phone billing for $1-2. They're using them as kind of a backdoor so they don't have to pay the normal price - as we're talking about countries where people do have credit cards.
They do only get a short access as far as I know, but that's good enough for many people to get what they want and leave. Personally I don't think it's a good idea to use GXBILL on a site with regular monthly memberships. It's good for sites where the things being sold cost only a few dollars. |
Exactly and that's why I use micro payments for small services and I need micro payments for some of my sites. Hope they reply... :)

I have found alternatives and I am about to switch to another payments processor. GX Bill totally not responding to emails, not answering calls, even payments do not work. This is not acceptable at all.
