Once I'm on the phone it's all good normally, lots of 'thank you's and 'have a nice day'. It's answering the phone or making a phone call that terrifies me, my to-do list is filled with 'phone this', 'call that' etc.

Over 10 years in adult I had to take ONE phone call(NATS training), but in this 'real world' all them cunts want to do is speak? Texts get ignored, then I call and they're extra nice to me(I don't think they mean it). It sucks :mad:

try changing your ringtone .

i have been using one plus one., my previsou ring tone was default., and idk why but it made me nervouse or beat my heart fast when i hear the phone ring. it was like it was forcing me to answer it ASAP.

then i set mario brothers ringtone . and now i feel different., its like my mind is calm now. i dont feel the pressure to answer the phone now.,
idk what its called., or maybe yours is not the same issue., . good luck

have you tried switching it off and on ?
