But the emails.....
LOL. We made such a huge deal about Hillary using a private email server.... Now we discover Jared is using his own private email for official business.
We should have an investigation. In fact, we should have six of them. Kushner used private email to conduct White House business - POLITICO |
I saw the story this morning and actually laughed at the hypocrisy of it all.
|
When in politics and doing something shady -- someone will always rat you out in the end :2 cents:
|
Did he use his private email address to do illegal shit like Hillary did and have aids taken hammers to destroy the server of those private emails?

How many investigations did we have, and how many times did they say she did nothing wrong? Six? Ten? Fifteen? I demand an investigation into his emails. It must be illegal for someone who works in the White House to use personal emails to conduct official government business, right? He must be hiding something. I mean, so many secret meetings with the Russians and discussions about setting up secret communication channels.... We'll need at least six investigations into this. |

We need 20 investigations and when that investigation is over we need 20 more!

For starters he's an "adviser" not a Secretary of State.
Secondly you must have skipped over this part "These usually forwarded news articles or political commentary and most often occurred when someone initiated the exchange by sending an email to his personal rather than his White House address." He wasn't discussing top secret information on the email account and it generally occurred when someone else "initiated it" Hillary was doing ALL of her business on her private home server. |
Quote:
That's bullshit. Why haven't we investigated anyone else who used the same exact set up? |
Trumps main form of communication is a public message board, one that's hacked daily and nobody blinks about it. Basically the security team at Twitter, holds the safety of the world in their hands. Scary huh!
|
Lock him up!
Trumpers are fucking hilarious |

The Secretary Of State used their own private email server to send out email. This was common for the Secretary of State, and prior (Republican) Secretaries of State used this same system. Also, Members of Congress used similar set ups as well. Jared did the same. There is a massive double standard here. Hillary Clinton does it and we have to have six investigations that drag out three years, but any Republican does the same thing and it's perfectly acceptable. |

His private thoughts “email ploy this week didn't work and she once again looks shifty if not a liar,” Colin Powell wrote on Aug. 20 Emails show Colin Powell unloading on Clinton, Rumsfeld and Trump - POLITICO And his public response "With respect to records, if I sent an email from my public email account to an addressee at another public email account it would not have gone through State Department servers. It was a private conversation similar to a phone call. If I sent it to a state.gov address it should have been captured and retained by State servers," Powell said. "I was not aware at the time of any requirement for private, unclassified exchanges to be treated as official records." Colin Powell defends personal email use - POLITICO And he later adds “If it is public that you have a BlackBerry and it it [sic] government and you are using it, government or not, to do business, it may become an official record and subject to the law,” Powell wrote. He added later: “Be very careful. I got around it all by not saying much and not using systems that captured the data.” https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...=.dc462b798cae So he admits he did some things to avoid official record and not be subject to law. Hillary did everything to not be subject to law and official record. |

Condoleezza Rice did the same. Why the double standard? Clinton does it and it's six investigations spanning three years, Republicans do it and it's perfectly acceptable? What about other Republicans? Sarah Palin, Chris Christie, Rick Perry, Bobby Jindal, Martin O?Malley, Scott Walker, Marco Rubioj. Then there is Mitt Romney - There is NO email records from 2002-2006 because Mitt not only wiped all of the hard drives clean, but also replaced the computers themselves. The best one was Jason Chaffetz.... LOL. He handed out official business cards with a Gmail address. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CmxU4RaXgAA9GgE.jpg Why aren't we investigating Jason Chaffetz? No worries, it's all good. A dozen investigations into Clinton reveals she never did anything wrong or illegal. In the mean time all of Jared's emails are part of the Russian investigation, so they'll be able to go over all of those emails. |

You can't get facts from the past correct you won't get the future right either. |
Let's not forget about the literal million plus emails Dick Cheney deleted.

This is just amazing. Hillary does it and you are all up in arms demanding investigations. Jared does it and it's not an issue. No problem. We already have multiple investigations into Jared. This is the first of many. All Republicans should be embarrassed at this point. Nine months into this administration and he has accomplished NOTHING and has the lowest approval rating in the first year of any president. This is ridiculous. |
This was a really funny story
|
Now tonight we find out six more people from the Trump administration / campaign have been using "personal" emails - including Ivanka. LOL.
We should investigate! |
But the emails!

But now that Republicans are in power, the last thing they want to do is investigate their own. That is until Mueller starts getting very very close to the grand prize. When that happens, then you'll see republicans everywhere suddenly grow a pair and start pointing fingers at the con-man in chief. Quote:

What, exactly, would Hillary Clinton have done? She was a good senator, a good Secretary of State. As far as I can see each administration including this one and Dummy all used private emails. They all sent top secret shit, and all deleted shit they weren't supposed to. Like 1million people have top secret clearance - they all look each other and everybody else up and laugh. There are NO controls. They didn't even notice when Snowden downloaded ALL the files, like gigabytes of them. Top secret is a joke.
Instead of nitpicking, why not look at the net effect. Is the economy better? Is the world more stable? Are people getting enough to eat, getting access to education? Can small businesses grow? Etc. who the fuck is perfect? |

The problem is the double standard. The system Hillary Clinton used was similar to what former Secretaries of State used, as well as members of Congress. If there was such great concern about this issue, why didn't we investigate these people - most of which seem to have been Republicans? In fact, the person leading the charge - Jason Chaffetz - was handing out business cards with a Gmail address. Why did we have six or seven investigations into Hillary Clinton, but never any investigations into anyone else? I am not a supporter of Hillary Clinton, but I do not like our government launching investigations with only intention of the investigations being nothing more than a smear campaign. |
If you have ever tried to email via a secure servers you realise why these people used personal emails especially pre 2010, fuck I only cancelled my snaky account last year cos I didn't need it to email anymore and that was just the ISP's fucked email and security not government strength.
Trying to use these services especially out of your home country was fucked and basically next to impossible. The Trump admin really have no excuses, its a different time, different technology and I think everyone is well aware of the political issues now, basically they have no excuses at all except being.. fucking dumb. |
All these geniuses in Silicon Valley and they cant do easy secure email? Offer 5 bill I bet it gets done.
|
You're right the FBI should investigate.
Anyone in office keeps a private email server should be a crime. Especially if they delete everything. |
