Health Bill shut down again !
 

Looks like Chump has again lost out in trying to rush through a poorly worded, not well thought out Health Bill. No vote will be attempted this week !!

It gets worse (better?) Now to repeal it will require 60 votes instead of 50.

Still no wins for Trumpy.

So yet another attempt to take away healthcare for ten million Americans has failed. Outstanding.

Now here's the real problem. Chump will now stop payments to shore up shortfalls in insurance companies payments, which will mean more people will lose coverage and he will do this to blackmail people into agreeing to the new bill.

If they don't fix the Pharmaceutical companies astronomical charges along with the cost of care, no bill will work. Government control of costs is in my opinion the only way to ensure coverage for all at reasonable costs :2 cents:

That's how it should be. Medicare has worked well for 50 years. Just expand to everyone instead of just seniors.

Republicans are too busy passing favors and porkbarrelling to get any actual bill with substance done.

Just wait til they try to overhaul taxes.. lol.

Republicans are not interested in health care at all. Their only focus is to cut what they call entitlements so they can instead give the .01% tax breaks.

They don't give a shit about you, me or anyone except those big dollar campaign doners.

This abortion of a bill they just tried to ram through was exactly that. A massive cut to medicare in order to give them budget money for next week's tax deal.

Btw this means their tax bill will also fail, because they have to rob money from Peter somewhere to pay Paul...

It would be one thing, if we cut spending to pay off the nations debt and then move forward but they aren't trying to do that. They just want to cut shit to give the money to rich people and expand military spending.

If they ever manage to kill Obamacare and Medicaid which is their primary goal, they will then turn their eyes back to Social Security for their next tax break to the .01%.

I don't know anything about Medicare. If it is working (which seems to be the case) it sounds like a good idea.

The reason your Healthcare is so expensive has nothing to do with Trump. Until you Americans get that you will never get a modern care for all, free at the point of service, healthcare the rest of the modern world enjoys.
