Guys I need to know about sites look,seo and issues.

Logo is underwhelming. The black text on hyper-blue is very hard to read and literally hurts my eyes. Hide video descriptions with an accordion DIV with [more] or something similar to expand it. Your ads are fucked up. It doesn't make me feel like this is a destination. 150 videos... it feels like a CJ that will trade me off to somebody else.

I like the site layout but don't like the .org

It is a ZingTube from https://xwpthemes.com/. I love this one.

Lose the electric blue.
It looks like a tube template like so many other websites.

You can take advantage of a navigation menu. It works.

The Blue footer background hurts my eyes get a nice header designed and maybe some CSS editing so you don't look like a million other tubes. Place holder for the advertisement section surely you have banners from an affiliate program?
