Tubes DMCA
I guarantee big tubes get DMCA all the time. My question is, how come a small time webmaster gets a false DMCA and the main domain is instantly removed the google index?
I never see the big guys go out of the index because a violating piece of work was on the main page. Thoughts? |
Maybe those big tubes spend more $ on Google Adwords than you do. It's preferential treatment for big customers.
|
:) I spend $0 which makes sense.

ANY tube...If my clip is longer then 10 min. DMCA is issued and in 99 % cases the content is removed. At any tubes Youtube down to "Bumfuckidahotube".... I also look if my site was credited, if NOT then they get the same treatment DMCA ( even if the clip is shorter) And it works. |
I totally agree to take down anything that is in question.
My question is: My.com - gets a dmca because video listed on main page My.com/tag/Hot_Girl - gets a dmca My.com/image/hot_girl.jpg gets a dmca My.com/category/hot_girls/ gets a dmca From just one complaint. Then the next thing you know - Tag = Hot Girl is removed from SERPS - Category = Hot Girls is removed from SERPS - Literal My.com = Removed from the SERPS Anyone can file a DMCA, how can the actual category or main index of a site get removed with it just based on a single complaint? I was just getting at, what about X Hamster? You complain about one video on the main page, XHamster.com is still in the SERPS. So that's what I'm getting at. Not really asking about whether DMCA is worth it or fair. I appreciate the additional response however :). |
