Kickstarter project of a good friend of mine. In a nutshell (or make that a taco shell) - His house was THE house to go have tacos because the shells were perfect for holding things. His grandfather "Papi" created a holder that made the hinge of the shell more round so it held more meat. Papi has since passed away, but that doesn't mean you have to make crappy taco shells.

Get two and use them in a large pan!
