CrakRevenue, in here please!!

So, we got approved for some new offers at CrakRevenue the other day and I logged in today to keep adding CrakRevenue codes on our sites and the account got closed and a red message says to check my mail... No mail from them. Contacted support. Support says:

Hi,

As you know, keeping a good business relationship with advertisers is paramount to keep providing a broad range of top converting offers for any CPA Network.

Therefore, we need our affiliates and network partners to maintain adequate quality of traffic and performance ratios to keep promoting these offers through CrakRevenue.

Unfortunately, your business is not up to the high standards of quality that our advertisers would appreciate us to maintain.

This email is to inform you that we chose to part ways. Your account has been closed and all payments have been suspended.

Regards,
Is this some kind of joke!? :1orglaugh
We send sales and signups almost every day, if not every day. Seriously!? Account manager does not reply on skype for days... Get your shit together, please... I am pretty sure you closed the wrong account. :Oh crap

poncabare 10-13-2017 11:32 AM

I'm sure this can be resolved.

Klen 10-13-2017 11:33 AM

They are CPA/PPS network, no? SO that means, if you traffic quality is not on good level, they close your account, unless you send traffic on revshare base.

datingbanking 10-13-2017 11:33 AM

Hey I got exactly the same email, I've left messages on skype including to the owner to know what the issue is. or maybe they bulk sent the wrong message?

Really weird

Zeiss 10-13-2017 11:34 AM

Actually, I mostly send to rev share offers and mix with per signup and per lead. I am sure it can be resolved, too. If they were not happy with the per signup and per lead, they could have just told me to stop sending per signup and per lead traffic, not to close our account. I was amazed I had to read what I was sent to read. :error:error

Aside from the poor grammar, that line in a form email guarantees everyone who receives it is insulted by CrakRevenue during the process of them severing business ties.

I think it really hurts your business to insult traffic sources as you reject them and close their accounts :2 cents:

It is a company, mostly run by me. Yes, I have someone helping me, if that matters.

Well, yes. I do 99.99% of everything since day one, so getting attitude like this from programs is not something new to me but CrakRevenue is a well established company with good reputation and I have good relationships with their crew and suddenly this... Oh, come on... Stop the joke, please. :1orglaugh

Hi guys,

We?ve witnessed a high percentage of fraudulent activity over the past few days on some of our offers.

In order to maintain our exclusive agreements with the providers involved and keep these offers available to our affiliates, we had to react quickly. In consequence, some affiliate accounts that were promoting these offers have been suspended.

The goal here is to maintain and even improve the payout of these offers by maintaining a high quality of standard for these providers.

If you have been affected by this operation, rest assured that we will take a closer look at your situation & traffic as soon as next week in order to rectify the situation.

If you believe your account has been wrongfully suspended, please contact us providing your email address on file, and some information about how you've been promoting our offers so we can take a closer look and resolve this to your satisfaction.

Thank you for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

awxm 10-13-2017 04:57 PM

Are you suspending inactive accounts also? I see I too have received the ever so polite email telling me to go fuck myself. I guess I'll have to jump though the hoops and email you next week but this hardly fills me with confidence in CrakRev.

Zeiss 10-13-2017 11:16 PM

That clarifies things but you should not disable accounts. You can disable offers and notify about this. Now I get another message I was getting several weeks ago. It says "You don't have api permission, please contact support". Sorry to hear someone is abusing. That sucks because it affects others, who do not. Off with their heads! :1orglaugh

Zeiss 10-19-2017 05:51 AM

Anyone else still experiencing this? I am now required to send funnel of sales. How the f*** am I supposed to send data I do not have because of account not being allowed access to API!? What about payouts? This not funny anymore. It took me about 6 hours to remove all the CrakRevenue codes from all our sites. CrakRevenue, this is not how it works. I will remember this. Have a nice day, if you can!
