Trump tells war widow: "he knew what he signed up for"
Quote:
Question for Red-Hat service people: If this turns out to be True, will you finally reconsider your never-ending support for him? |
he's a heartless bastard and a psycho narcissist. going on about how amazing the US nuclear weapons are..he is a danger to the world.
|
he's a social path, among many other things, that doesn't have empathy for others. His kids probably got their love and emotional needs filled by the nanny(s) and other staff

He has zero empathy for anyone, and just doesn't care. At all.
Now trump claims he has proof he didn't say that. Well, let's see the proof. I am positive the White House records such phone calls; They can produce a copy. |
There are always 2 sides to a story.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...=.2b8d83e0a092 Trump = a piece of shit. Not just for what he said but because he made it all about himself once again while trying to politicalize it to pander to his base.. |
How does Trump have proof? Recording calls without notifying the other person is an unlawful wiretap unless you have a court warrant.
Unless the White House has some blanket court warrant authority ... Please clarify (the bullshit) now ... I wonder if the soldier that died was white if this would have (allegedly) happened? |

You can see I'm right by none of the GFY redhat nics posting in this thread saying Trump went over the line. |
So where is Trump wrong?
He did know what he signed up for. ARMY is a job where you have to shoot other people and sometimes die. I don't see servicemen complaining about high salaries and all the benefits they receive. |

God, I can't believe I'm actually defending Trump. Ugh. On the other hand, the fact that he only phoned the widow after being called out about it by a reporter, now THAT is indefensible! |

When someone dies of cancer you don't walk up to his wife and say "Well, he smoked for twenty years so he deserved it". You say something nice about the person, and "I am sorry for your loss". There is nothing more disgusting to me than someone who puts a fucking flag lapel on their suit and suddenly they support the troops and they are patriotic. Drumpf doesn't care about the troops - never has, never did, never will. Why wasn't trump at the airport when the bodies came home? Obama did it. https://twt-media.washtimes.com/medi...ama-casket.jpg This is what a leader does. |

Once again: when a draft soldier dies, it's a tragedy. When a paid mercenary dies - nobody cares. He knew what he signed up for. You are speaking as a US veteran and a former marine. In Russia every man of 18-27 year old is a marine, paratrooper or anything else. Only the people like those who was involved into wars like WWII can be called veterans. Everyone else is just a man. I'm an LT and I'm just a man. I'm not a veteran and I have no preferences here. These are Russian marines (the regular guys from a street - they are no pros - today there are there, tomorrow they are drinking beer in a pub with you): These are paratroopers - also amateur kids of course. Nobody is being paid for that, they just have to do it because they are 18+. Army is not a work, it's a duty in Russia. Both are cannon fodder of Russian army. They are not professionals. They are draft soldiers. Those are the different thing. They are paid killers (according to BBC Russia has about 70 thousands of those in instant redness to be dropped at the NATO soil to insure nobody has survived the nuclear strike): Feel the difference between amateurs and professionals... An amateur soldier won't kill a cat or a baby (as we say "солдат ребенка не обидит"), but those will... |

Is that what you mean by saying there's two sides to every story? |
Regarding the people who don't understand why these remarks are insensitive....there's no use trying to explain tact, decency and respect to them. It would be like trying to explain the rules of Texas Hold'em to a Beagle. If it was possible to make them understand, they wouldn't need to be told in the first place because they'd be on the right side of the argument. These are people who are never on the right side of any argument because they're assholes....and an asshole doesn't understand why he's an asshole. He just is.
There's not going to be some epiphany that transforms him from an ignorant prick into a person who knows the difference between right and wrong when it comes to social behavior. These are the type of people who put this moron in the White House. |

Instead of making a phone call and then being there when the bodies landed in the United States, he did... NOTHING. He was called out on it, turned it into a political football, and only then did he make the phone call - and he fucked that up too. Everything he did here was wrong and disrespectful at every turn. This is politics 101. When something like this happens you call the family, release a statement, greet the bodies when they arrive at Dover, and then invite the family / spouse to the White House. Obama was there when the bodies came back from Benghazi. On the other hand, Trump did NOTHING, tried to correct it after the fact, and then fucked that up. He doesn't care about the military. He was draft dodger. |

Really? Lack of empathy (if this is even truth) should be THAT thing that makes us reconsider support?
|
Does Trump tell fallen police officers' wifes: you should be proud your husbund died in the line of duty?
If it is true, the remark is not only callous, it also beings shame upon the office of the Presidency. I really hope this is fake news because it is utterly disgusting. |

Although in this case I, obviously agree, that empathy is required. But in general PC culture advocates falsifying things. |

The truth can non hurt. This is how I was taught. You, Western people don't unrestrained it. You always pretend and act like whores, but with a big difference... Whores do it because they were paid for it. They have to pretend to give you pleasure, but you are doing it for free. You are pretending everywhere and for every what. Trump has said it straight: the paid killer was killed by another killer. He was a bad killer (was not able to do his job) and he has died because of that.

I have to imagine that if the job description includes such things as guns, explosives, rocket launchers and the possibility of having those things aimed at you that anyone agreeing to take the job understands that there's a good chance they're going to get killed. My advice to anyone that doesn't like the idea of having someone try to kill them on a daily basis that they should pursue a career as a librarian. |
