WE ARE GOING TO BUILD A WALL -- 8 prototypes unveiled for the president to judge

Oh are these walls a beaut!

Notice the size of that ladder on the ground. Imagine the ladder they would have to carry through the desert to get up over this. And that barbed wire! I imagine beaners will get body parts tangled up in that if they manage to get that far.

https://www.gannett-cdn.com/-mm-/0f3...o-original.jpg

Just look at the scale of that big gray one in relation to the white truck. That is a wall that will keep out mexican diseases.

https://www.gannett-cdn.com/-mm-/fda...o-original.jpg

This would allow patrols to see beaners making a run for the border. I could see putting this one up in high traffic areas. Now if only the military could shoot through the openings at the invading hordes. Those people are bad news.

You can see the existing fence in the background of this shot. YUGE upgrade!

A first look at 8 possible versions of President Donald Trump's border wall

SAN DIEGO — Workers toiled in intense 95-degree heat here Tuesday, putting final touches on eight possible versions of President Donald Trump's long-promised border wall.

As an Oct. 26 deadline to finish the prototype border-wall designs drew near, The Arizona Republic toured the construction site a few dozen yards from the border that divides this city from neighboring Tijuana, Mexico.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection awarded eight contracts to six companies, including two from Arizona, to build the prototypes. Four are made of reinforced concrete, and another four incorporate additional construction materials. Construction began on Sept. 26, giving companies 30 days to finish.

Bleak and grey and no way out kinda deal.

Most immigrants illegal or otherwise walk right over or use one of many tunnels.

Just more fleecing of American taxpayers while putting money in the pockets of business men

If he's going to waste money, might as well spend it on upgrading the infrastructure

Rochard 10-19-2017 10:15 AM

They will go over it, under it, through it, or through the fucking border.

crockett 10-19-2017 11:42 AM

Just think of the size of the shovel theyd have to carry or the rope...

The wall is to Trump supporters what Michael Jackson is to retarded kids.. ( really if you've ever seen the reaction from 50 retarded kids when Thriller is played, then you know what I mean, add in some strobes for extra points)

Not necessarily. If it can keep out the illegal migrants that walk across your Southern border it will save money. Medicaid, giving jobs to Americans, housing, education. policing, courts, prisons, etc. It won't stop all illegals, but only a complete moron would assume it would. Like all other crimes, they don't stop crimes happening.

This will help to educate you.

What the Media Won’t Tell You About Illegal Immigration and Criminal Activity | The Heritage Foundation

More than 90 percent of foreign-born federal prison inmates are illegal immigrants

Undocumented immigrants are most likely to work in these jobs - MarketWatch

Driving down wages has a very detrimental effect on taxes raised. Lower wages > less tax raised > more money borrowed > more interest paid > greater debt for your children to pay back.

The problem is the 1% don't give a shit and won't be paying back the debt or suffering from the effects of government cutbacks. Loo to Greece, Italy, Spain to see who suffers when the borrowers turn off the taps. And if you believe America will always be #1, then you're a bigger fool than I took you for.

America would be a better place with 10% fewer people. The problem is businessmen don't like the idea of less cheap labour to pick from. So the liberals are there to brainwash you that migration is a good thing and that all those illegals are great for America.

electronic surveillance is a god send for smugglers....you hire a 5$ decoy to trip off sensors left and right or you send a group to trip them off at multiple locations and then wait for the border patrol to go intervene and then you just cross without any trouble at another place...

cameras mean shit...less than shit actually...a camera is like $5000 when the US gov buys it from a crony but a bullet for the camera is I guess 15 cents? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

1000 bullets are like 160$? guess how many cameras that takes out :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Unless we are going to build the Berlin Wall and man it's entire length twenty-four hours a day... It's pointless. And even then it's pointless because they will just go up over it or under it.

Americans, but if we're going to spend the $20+ billion I'd rather see us do something worthwhile like fix bridges and roads, upgrade water systems to remove lead piping, and so on. Plus, we still haven't seen the President's plan for getting Mexico to pay for the wall (and tariffs aren't an answer as American consumers would then be paying for it).

That will be met with 20% Tarrif on all goods shipped through Mexican ports and into the US.. Please dont be so one sided and not understand how much goods bound for the US go through Mexico.. Its a lot..

This isn't a case of do what MERCA says or else, Mexico can fuck the US right back if Trump tries something so stupid as adding a tax on outgoing money transfers.

Also even if he could get away with doing that with no repercussion, money transfers would then become another blackmarket money grab for the cartels who would set up transfers for half the cost under the table and tax free..

Trump would be giving the cartels a massive money grab..
