I can't find any contact information. Does anyone know how I can track this person down?

Side bar has Twan's old linkfarm bloglists that are long gone, which would suggest it is highly unlikely that site is being managed at all.

Probably the best you can do is disavow the links in Google.

Thanks for responding, that is what I have already done. DIsavow. But thought I'd try and see if someone knows the site.
