get a bank account or credit card. PayPal is not bitcoin friendly. fees are 15-20% on virwox.com :( and i think it's the cheapest...don't waste your time

Paybis.com - used todo but I see that they stopped. PayPal is always hard.

I would suggest also - take cash out - then go to: LocalBitcoins.com: Fastest and easiest way to buy and sell bitcoins

Find someone local if your in a bigger city to exchange cash for bitcoins.
