i wanna type as fast as hell, i'm only doing 62WPM
what's the number one fast typing software these days? either paid or free

I startet out with free linux tools, but this is what made me gain the last 15-30%

Change your keyboard.

Seriously. Most keyboard, even expensive ones, are total shit.

Go to any Staples store or anywhere where you can tast a bunch of them and try them all out. The best ones have real keys that click, giving you feedback. Actual switches with adequate travel, spring-loaded feedback are the best.

You can always type alot faster with the right keyboard.

My personal favourite are the IBM keyboards from the 80's. You can't find them anymore but you can find close equivalents.

I use the "Genius Slimstar i222".. the best keyboard ever. You barely have to lift your fingers while typing.

Switch to this layout

type:
"the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" on a daily basis for 1 month. You will be fast an accurate as a machine.
