Court BLOCKS Trump's Transgender Military Ban!
#Winning :1orglaugh:1orglaugh
Court Blocks Trump's Transgender military ban Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly held that the plaintiffs "have established that they will be injured by these directives, due both to the inherent inequality they impose, and the risk of discharge and denial of accession that they engender. " She blocked provisions having to do with accession and retention directives ? meaning directives concerning joining and retaining military personnel. The judge also blasted Trump's initial abrupt announcement via Twitter that came "without any of the formality or deliberative processes that generally accompany the development and announcement of major policy changes that will gravely affect the lives of many Americans." In partially granting a preliminary injunction pending appeal, the judge said the plaintiffs -- current and aspiring service members who are transgender -- are "likely to succeed" on their due process claims. |

It will be overturned. If you can admit trannys with an executive order, it goes to the same point that they can also be excluded by an executive order.
Trannys just don't belong in the military no matter what morons try to say. |
Why should the military & us taxpayers pay for sex change operations? How fit would a soldier be for combat after a sex change operation?
BladeLiar, you crack me up dude :1orglaugh |
She is an activist judge with a history of poor rulings.
The dumbest of them all was her ruling that concealed carry firearms not be allowed at national parks because no study was done on what impact lead would have on the environment. |
It's a shame when men on the front line are put at further risk to please the librtards who wouldn't go near a war.

This is another one of those things which is just a load of shit to get people riled up. If you take all the people that are outraged about it, remove the ones that wouldn't join the military then remove the people that aren't trans you're left with what? 5 people?

Man how many stupid people in the forum, I guess none of you were ever in Thailand and saw giant transgenders that can crauh your bones with a single squeeze.

In America, a country you don't live in, we have a thing called "liberty and justice for all" in our Declaration of Independence we have the declaration that "All men are created equal" in the 14th Amendment to our constitution all are guaranteed "equal protection of the laws". What you say about equality in Czechoslovakia means absolute shit to Americans. |
Here is my take on this....
I am of course a (former) US Marine, and very proudly so. I served during the late 1980s. "Women Marines" (called WMs back then) were sort of a joke. We had a few; They were always in Motor Transport, Supply, or Admin. We had one who worked in the armory, a Lance Corporal, and frankly she had her choice of young Marines to choose from. My opinion of Woman Marines was, well, "less than excellent". With that said, in the past four years, I became friends with our local Marine recruiter. The first time I met him he introduced me to a young woman Marine, right out of boot camp, and I was mildly impressed. She went from being a high school cheerleader to having an six pack and being a hard charging US Marine. She wasn't in supply or admin; She was on a front line combat unit similar to what I did in the Marines. She was impressive. I don't care what anyone's gender is, or sexual orientation is, or if they are transgendered or whatever. If they can pick up a rifle and fire it, they can serve in our military. |
I will apply to be an american citizen and join the army :thumbsup
