Police in Sutherland Springs, TX have identified the gunman in Sunday morning?s mass shooting as Devin Patrick Kelley, according to CBS News.

Kelley, 26, died after a police chase. He killed at least 25 people at First Baptist Church on Sunday morning and injured at least as many more.

UPDATE: Kelley was an Air Force veteran and firearms enthusiast. He served on active duty between 2010 and 2014, but received a dishonorable discharge after facing a court martial in May of 2014, CBS said.

He supposedly yelled "Anitifa" before shooting. Must have been upset the war didn't begin yesterday..

I hope more details come out soon. Weapons, past history, hints, reasons, etc. Two hours after they weren?t sure if there were more victims inside. In a small church, you?d think it would be obvious, but it?s probably a small police force and they had to call backups in to assist.

You don't get do you? If someone is willing to kill dozens of other people, breaking the law to illegally purchase or to steal a firearm is no big deal. We have gun shows with loop holes so big that entire countries can jump through.

It isn't a loophole and has nothing to do with gun shows. From my understanding I can sell any one of my firearms to another person with a driver's license from the same state as myself. If the person lives out of state I'm not allowed to sell to them.

The process is different from state to state. On one end of the spectrum they treat person to person gun sales just like any other property and on the other end they require background checks even for person to person.

By law he wasn't allowed to have guns being dishonorably discharged. Court Marshall at that. He must have done something pretty serious.
