Don't know them well, but I haven't had any problems. Getting some sales now and then.

You can choose to be paid by CCBILL during the signup process, so there's no risk of not getting paid. :)

News section hasn't been updated for going on 2 years, and copyright mark is 2016, so updates are unlikely.

Alternatively, with CCBill you run the risk of their fraud department reversing a sale which then gets chargebacked (charged back?) by the bank, and you, the affiliate, end up out of pocket to CCBill. :error

You asked for input, I gave it.
Don't worry, it will never happen again.

Got LightspeedCash in there too. As long as the program and their sites are alive and there's no funny business going on, I'll keep them up. If sales slide or there's no interest in a particular program, I'll typically keep the links up on the review, but pull their listings. It's all there at the bottom of the indices.

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh just pulling your chain was fun. have you talked to the program that gave the refund? i think what happened is the program was slow to make a refund. resulting in the customer having to file to get their money back. god if you passed some bad juju my way im going to really not be happy.

As I understand it, it's all on CCBill. Their fraud department flagged it and reversed the sale. Then, the charge back came from the bank, and apparently CCBill's official policy is to never contest them, and to pass it off on the affiliate. For program owners though, they'll credit it back.

What pissed me off so bad is I was told over and over "there's nothing we can do," which I still don't accept. What they meant was there was nothing they were willing to do.

It's all good though. I found a dozen or so uncashed checks and sent them back and they are sending me a new check tomorrow, so all water under the bridge.

But now I know what CAN happen, and there are no assurances it won't happen again.

kind of weird. i don't think you can get chargeback on fraud. you need to find out what bank did this. if it was even true. i would ask on findlaw
