Canada turns to fascism in banning and arresting publishers of anti-marxist newspaper

The Canadian government first banned the Your Ward newspaper from being sent through Canada Post. Now the publishers themselves have been arrested for printing illegal opinions. The newspaper has a circulation of 300,000 in Toronto and was obviously a threat to the juice agenda.

2 men behind controversial Toronto publication face hate-related charges

TORONTO -- The editor and publisher of a controversial Toronto publication are facing hate-related charges, one of which had never been laid previously in Ontario.
James Nicholas Sears, 54, and Lawrence (Leroy) St. Germaine, 76, are each charged with two counts of wilful promotion of hatred against an identifiable group, namely Jews and women, Toronto police said Wednesday.
Ontario Attorney General Yasir Naqvi said it is the first time in the province that hate crime charges have been laid alleging the wilful promotion of hatred against women.

even your headline is wrong.

you can call it facism if that news paper would be a PRO marxist newspaper.
and i am pretty sure if that would be the case you would not even mention it.

Look up the definition of fascism.

Trying to end the "unauthorized" opinions fall within the definition.

i donīt know if you have special fake sources for definitions or if you just can not read:

Quote:

Fascism /ˈfæʃɪzəm/ is a form of radical authoritarian nationalism,[1][2] characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition and control of industry and commerce[3] that came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe.[4] The first fascist movements emerged in Italy during World War I before it spread to other European countries.[4] Opposed to liberalism, Marxism and anarchism, fascism is usually placed on the far-right within the traditional left?right spectrum.[5][6][7][4][8][9]

Doesn't matter what the newspaper was about. As long as no blood or sex, should be allowed.

Far right or not, the suppression of free speech by the force of government is authoritarianism, and the first tool of tyranny.

The first tool of tyrany is misinformation, followed by disinformation after gaining power, then authoritarianism kicks in :2 cents: Tough times ahead for us all buckle up

individual freedom ends where the freedom of another individual is getting limited.

if your interpretation of freedom is unlimited you should start to accept ISIS propaganda too.

As long as press or speech is not inciting violence, is racially or religiously biased enough to be considered hate speech, or is genuinely seditious -- I really don't have a problem with it.

Calling out FIRE! in a crowded theater is not permissible speech as an example.

Opinions are like assholes -- everyone has one.
But then I can discern when someone is full of shit usually ...

What if you yell FIRE and everybody just sits there continuing to watch the movie?
