Is it normal for webair to hang up , after choosing , for example "5" for technical issues.
Their live chat for dedicated servers is gone, so now there's only email support, and phone. My server is down for 1 hour , and can't get in touch with anyone.

Also can anyone recommend , a reliable host, that's been in business for long time with great support ?

Did you open a ticket?

BTW, M3Server and Mojohost are both reliable hosts with good support.

Maybe it was a phone system glitch? Did you try calling them back, I'm sure Webair answers their phone. Sometimes call routing problems happen with VOIP. Good luck to you-

I was able to login and access Live Chat successfully. You may want to try again. I also provided their tech support with a link to this thread.
