Vacares is an IT solutions provider specializing in membership and e-commerce sites. Standard offerings include daily cloud-based backups, custom tailored CDN, proactive software updates and performance monitoring.

Vacares will be doing a round of hiring in the first quarter of 2018, based out of our Austin, TX office.

We are currently accepting resumes and will begin interviewing top candidates in January, 2018. All positions are full time, in-house, with benefits and competitive salaries. These are not remote positions. Must be in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.

Positions Available

Position: Customer Support
Responsibilities:
managing customer phone calls
managing support desk tickets
assisting clients with web side tasks
Skills and Knowledge Required:
communication
desk.com or similar ticketing system
Wrike or similar task management system
knowledge of DirectAdmin or similar control panel system

Position: System Administrator
Responsibilities:
maintain and configure servers
server and network maintenance
assisting clients with server-side tasks.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
desk.com or similar ticketing system
Wrike or similar task management system
knowledge of DirectAdmin or similar control panel system
Proficient in Linux

Position: Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
procure sales leads
nurture sales leads
follow up with clients new and old
compile sales presentations
travel to business conferences
Skills and Knowledge Required:
communication
Microsoft Office
desk.com or similar ticketing system
Wrike or similar task management system
salesforce.com or similar CRM

Position: Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
research for new projects
prepare presentations
making and taking phone calls
scheduling appointments
Skills and Knowledge Required:
communication
organization
Microsoft Office
Wrike or similar task management system
