So who's overseeing the GFY Awards nominations etc?
 

I ask because I've noticed that in at least 2 categories, the same person/company has been nominated twice. For example, under Best Hosting Company NationalNet & Natnet are both options.

In another category you can vote for the same person by their board nic or their real name.

Seems like the person handling this doesn't give a shit about attention to detail. The situation also splits that person/company's votes which could allow somebody else to win in error.

There may be more. Those are just 2 that jumped out at me. Please check and make clarifications or at least combine the votes for those listed twice. :2 cents:

Anyone who was nominated went into the list of 2nd round. So if you had nominated Harry Truman for hall of Fame he would be in this round. Round 3 should get rid of the duplicates and mis categorized votes.

The GFY awards are sort of the anti- awards anyway. Not so serious.

Remember when the people who got nominated had to be active users and not just guys that come around the week the awards are handed out? Oh, wait never mind it's always been this way.. Carry on...

tbh, this is only crippling NationalNet votes as some people vote on one and some on another, there would be most votes with only one as they´re being shared between both choices :2 cents:

Some categories have companies who have absolutely nothing to do with the category in the first place.

Tried to vote but couldn't even vote in some of them since there just wasn't a reasonable choice.
