They have blocking all my money for some stupid reason. And nobody answers me. Its someone from their company available here? or a phone number to directly speak with someone???

i received this message from some strange email adress (its doesm seem to be from paxum) [email protected]

And i tried to withdraw some money to make some bill payments, and they dont let me (but they charge me $0.5 every time i try), even i have more money from affiliate commission. The number on the strange email its a robot. Paxum support number again, just a robot, paxum support page, nobody answer, Ruth doesnt answer, Chris doesnt answer

Youd got a reversal on your card and they were not able to match that "payment back to your card" with any matching purchase going out to begin with.

Since you are not allowed to withdraw money back to your card, from a third party, like for example Paypal, they will thus block your card since you failed to follow the rules.

I do not know, but that seems to be the likely reason here. Also, don't expect any support of the weekend, this has been proven here again and again!

I had once card blocked, had to call choice bank to unblock it.

i am getting crazy here, Paxum support still doesn't answer me, and its monday

i didnt know this, i am sometimes do some forex trading and i just requested some profits i made. I paid deposited with Paxum card, the broker says i can withdraw with the original deposit method only. Now what?

the money requested from my broker appear in my paxum balance, also some money received from some webcam sponsor. But i cant withdraw them at the ATM, and i have no status saying something.

You need to transfer it to your card first.

Follow the rules, never leave money on your Paxum account/card, never use Paxum during weekends.

they are on the card already, i just cand withdrew them. This is how they came. I just spoke with a friend who use Firstchoice card, wich use the same bank (choice bank) and he had no problem requesting money from this specific broker.

I also used firstchoice to deposit, so far the money did not arrive yet, but i am curios if will still have problems since its the same bank and the same method of refund.

I avoid leaving money on these cards since the Epassporte drama :thumbsup

Cant remember which number i called then. Could be how i called number declared on paxum card. Or
number declared on their site.
I was reading before on gfy how in case of deposit on card you need to go straight with choice bank so that's what i did, i was not involving paxum support at all then.

Yeah your card is blocked for having a reverse that doesn't match a transaction.
