Well - what is most important is a targeting, by a lap/pc/tab/mobile off course. like also a time and country. lang. anybody who buy a traffic know how to setup and target traffic to get best value to price.

I been trying to find valid alternative as well but so far nothing is close except trafficshop which you mentioned. That is why i seriously thinking about starting my own ad network which will push skim traffic plus one other format which is currently forgotten but it was best format during it's time.
