They just finished the pilot for the sons of anarchy spin off

They are doing spin off using the Mayans from the Sons of Anarchy, can't wait.

They also just finished the new Antman and Wasp movie.

crockett 12-07-2017 08:22 PM

Great more whiney bikers soap opera TV..

imabro 12-07-2017 08:23 PM

Why? SOA sucked; you call yourself a biker?

mineistaken 12-07-2017 08:34 PM

Making that money :)
I wonder if there will be SOA guys included in the story line (what mayans was to SOA, SOA guys can be to this show).

astronaut x 12-07-2017 08:54 PM

Don't have anything against bikers, just horribly fucking boring TV shows.

SOA sucks biker balls.

I'm AMAZED that you're interested in the new Antman movie. I loved the last one. Can't believe we have something in common.

WOW, you too should get married ! :upsidedow

Vendzilla 12-08-2017 06:24 AM

Yeah, Cricket is an idiot.
The original show had several real bikers in the cast, like happy was and is a HA. There were others. The guy that built several of the bikes was the best man at my wedding, he was a club member.
I'm doing some work for one of the producers for Marvel, he's been telling me about some of the up coming movies, waiting for the new Avengers, think he said April

geirlur 12-08-2017 06:51 AM

where can I watch this?

CurrentlySober 12-08-2017 06:54 AM

I enjoyed SOA so much that I never actually watched the last two episodes. That way, to me, the show has still never finished :)

Martin 12-08-2017 07:04 AM

SOA had potential but it jumped the shark early. Never should have made it past season 3.

I thought they were going to do a prequel instead, with the original members? I think that had far more potential. I guess it taking place in the 70's would add a lot to production costs.. have a lot cooler bikes on the show though heh

I can't put my finger on it but yeah something happened in the middle of this series that took away from it. I think it was Jax becoming cold and heartless too soon. I understand the progression within the story points in that direction but what made the first few seasons that good was the conflict in him and they pulled that far too soon and turned him into the terminator, which got dull quick. By the end it was SO dark that it was barely watchable. Great characters overall just sloppy writing at times.

It like days of our lives on motorcycles.. It's official category is TV. Drama.

Kenny B! 12-08-2017 10:26 AM

SOA started off great but it became episode after episode of them failing at being outlaw bikers. I appreciate when the main characters don't win every time in a series but these guys just kept getting fucked over.

I still enjoyed the series but wasn't as into it as breaking bad or sopranos.

The worst was the inevitable gun fight part way through an episode with generic butt rockin' music and sometimes a short chase. No one ever gets shot even though they're 20 feet away from each other. It was like an episode of the A-Team.

I always wonder about gun fights, gun chases etc. Somehow they manage to miss super unrealistically. Even first time gun user would do better in 90 percent of movie shootout situations.

Most shootouts are exactly like that.

mikesouth 12-08-2017 03:09 PM

one of the worst shows ever had as much reality as forrest gump....mommy ran the show....buncha fucking pussies IMNSHO

HairyChick 12-08-2017 07:33 PM

I thought the new series was going to be about the early lives of the group members. I loved it but the Irish storyline grew boring, the putting Jax in bed with his sister ...... half-sister or half-step-sister. I?d like to see how each was brought up and what changed their lives.

It was about a motorcycle club but ended up a drug-crazed killing-bunch of thieves.

bronco67 12-08-2017 09:42 PM

I would imagine a real biker thinks of Sons of Anarchy the same way a cop thinks of Miami Vice.

lock 12-08-2017 11:11 PM

Will they all end up gay at end to.

Axeman 12-08-2017 11:23 PM

I really liked the first 3 seasons. But the rest of the series became pretty much background watching. Hopefully they learned their lessons on writing and pacing of stories and seasons in the new one.

?at end to.? means? And why would they end up gay? We?ve seen the ending anyway.

Mr Pheer 12-10-2017 07:39 PM

Is this the one where they make a run to Rio Rancho and Heisenberg cooks up some of that good blue shit for them, but they get arrested and Saul the attorney gets them out of the country?

I would agree with you but I go to Easyriders bike shows and the last few years they have been having celeb appearances by cast members and I see some patches standing in line for autographs.

I like to think they promised to get one for their daughter.

A club I'm friends with, their cut has something on it that represents how many original members they had. On the SOA cut, Piney and Clay have the First 9 on the front.

https://cdn1.thr.com/sites/default/f...y_season_4.jpg

Their cuts even use a font that's popular with many clubs.

What's up with the posers of "real bikers can't watch that show" etc. As if real men can not watch some easy show for fun? Bonus points for it being in the bike niche.
Stop pretending and posing, get real. always laugh at insecurities like that, it is transparent.
It is entertainment.

The actor that plays Happy is a real Hell's Angel. Several people behind the scenes and as acting roles were 1%er's. Real bikers don't have a problem with the show, what they have a problem with is posers buying cuts that have SOA on them and think it's ok to wear that in public, it's not.

I'm a real biker, I watch the show. Going to get on my Dyna now and see how many cage (Car) alarms I can set off! LMAO

They are still suppose to be making that as well. I agree about the irish story line

i attempted to watch some SOA episodes. It felt like a soap opera only with bikers. Never watched it again

Actually, now that I think about it.. the show is 100% accurate.

I watched the 1st two seasons, but had to stop because I couldn't stand all the constant whining and crying from the "tough guys". I then thought back to all the whining and crying Vendillza used to do here and realized they got it 100% on the mark..
