Who uses nootropics?
 

I've been doing really well the past few months using a pre made nootropic. I've been thinking of making my own stack at some point. Anyone else use them? What stack do you use and have you seen good results?

What results are you seeing? So far I have noticed much better memory. Including remembering shit when I was a kid. I also seem to retain information much better. Some things I only have to read once and can remember days later, It used to be I read things over and over and still couldn't retain it.

I'm finding this nootropic thing more and more interesting. I have to admit that when I tried it to start with I thought it was probably snake oil.

Mainly focus, little bit memory. Energy as well.

I'm experimenting a bit with herbs for better focus not sure if they fall under nootropics
which premade stack do you use sterling?

I messed around with peruvian maca, gingseng, etc and need to test it more
but have felt some more clarity and awereness induced by these herbs and sometimes some side effects also

As for miracle drugs (like in Limitless movie & serrie) I have not come across anything that improves cognition significantly in short time yet.

I'm using one called mind lab pro. It uses that L-Theanine that I see again and again when looking up nootropics. I haven't noticed any side effects. What are you getting?
