Goodbye Fuckers!! I cashed out my BTC @ 15.000
I have been silent for the last few days - Sorry Gary, would have posted more in your retarded topic.
But to make a long story short - I cashed out my BTC @ 15.000 :2 cents: My plan was to cash out at 10k, because that would leave me with enough money - but I got greedy, and hung in there a little longer. Talked to the wife about it, and we moved the bar to 15000. Gotta say its quite a problem to cash out, but thanks to fellow dane Niklas Nikolajsen (co founder at https://www.bitcoinsuisse.ch/ ) for helping us out, So you wont see me around here anymore :1orglaugh:pimp - look out for new silver Mercedes g350 with overpriced danish custom plates "freedomFun". http://www.jimcornette.com/sites/def...HIRT_FINAL.png Funny to think about it - 9 years ago I almost died from cancer, and now I'm ready to move to Italy |
A year or two later you will regret so much...

I would be scared to cash out that much. Imagine you upload some million bucks worth of BTC to the exchanger and he decided to run off to some beach with that instead.

Congrats on the btc payout too :thumbsup |
As for G - I read today that they released first official info about the new G (previous Gs were just updates/facelifts). Just random piece of info :)
Oh, and I won't post about your country change. Some people might guess what I would say (unless Italy ws your home country), lol. |
Peace out

GFY needs more threads like this! Good for you :) :thumbsup :thumbsup

Not sure why you'd do that when John McAfee promised to eat his dick live if BTC doesn't reach $500k by 2020

Not greedy at 15K. I would've waited a little more... a month max. Congrats anyway.

No one really wants to cash-out as the value keeps climbing and climbing. Of course this changes instantly as soon as the value begins to drop but overall most people are just sitting on it. |

I've taken profits on LTC and ETH and I can't blame anyone for cashing in completely. That said... to all those who are HODL :banana :banana :banana |

Happy for everyone who's making money. But this guy needed the help of an exchange co-founder to cash out. Not hating on cryptos but this isn't troubling to anyone else? |
Not being able to cash out is a major problem.
What if you have a price set so if it dips to that value it automatically sells? BTW: I blame the wife for making him cash out. |

congrats on sell

If someone is having trouble cashing out, then it must be an issue with their exchange or the wallet they're using. There is nothing about crypto in and of itself that makes it difficult to cash out. |

How easy is it to cash out bitcoin and in what amount? Read an article recently that the Winklevoss's are now 'bitcoin billionaires'... okay, so let's say they want to cash out 100mn to USD , is that easily done like gold? Would the funds be wired into their bank account in USD? How many bitcoin exchanges are there and how can they be trusted? Lastly, what are the pros and cons of bitcoin vs litecoin? |

If you're not in a hurry, just sell a bit periodically, which will also help smooth over variations in value. This will help even if you're selling off relatively small amounts. If you are in a hurry, try setting a sell price around the buy price (ie you are closing the gap between the buy and sell price) which should execute reasonably promptly. If you're a baller you may also run into problems with exchange imposed limits. The exchange I use limits fiat withdrawals to $AUD 100,000 per day (about $USD 75k). You can usually raise these limits by providing more detailed verification documents, but it may take some time for them to process your request. Not sure if the OP ran into this sort of limit, or we're being trolled. :) |

A lot of private people will run in to those problems in the future |
