Can someone suggest me a reliable e-currency exchange which...

doesn't ask to send them your ID scans, urine and feces analysis etc to "confirm your identity"?

You are Russian. You are fucked when it comes to exchanges because of the astronomical amount of fraud that comes out of Russia #ThanksPutin

Bladewire 12-14-2017 07:11 PM

Russia moves to block cryptocurrency exchanges

Bladewire 12-14-2017 07:23 PM

Looks like your state controlled media didn't let you know :(

Webster01 12-14-2017 07:53 PM

They all want you to verify yourself if you want to cash out high amounts.

But thatīs just the ID. Never go with Bitfinex, they want to know everything about you, employer, their adress and more. Absolutely insane.

Never go with US based exchanges!

Try Binance, they are in Hong Kong.

Or simply cash out with one click at LiteBit.eu, you can sell to them directely, they are in the Netherlands.
Just drop them a support ticket, if you have any questions.

Most of those want it upon the registration and credit card validation.

P.S. My IP address is located in California, so initially I'm an American for them.

You dope they know you are Russian simply by the fact of your broken English in text! You remind me of my old Russian hacker friend Yorgi he always thought he was stealth and had perfect English and undetectable stealth spoof American IP , and we were in America!! Poor Yorgi those were the days :1orglaugh

Yo. At Litebit you verifiy via payment. I never had to send my ID. Just ask the support.

And before you do it else where, do it in the Netherlands. Thatīs a good recommendation I can give you.

klinton 12-15-2017 09:39 AM

hello, just buy bitcoins through bank transfer & escrow (localbitcoins), and later trade them on crypto trading platform.

I thought there is a more automatized and hmm... civilized way to do it :(

P.S. I do buy via WebMoney (yes, they buy/sell/exchange bitcoins), but their rates are quite wild for me.

FYI:

If you're using a VPN or VPS then they'll probably know the IP range, which will increase your "potentially fraudulent" score.

Your browser may also leak information that suggests your geoip location is not your true location. Again pushing up that score and potentially flagging you for a higher level of review.

I don't use public VPN servers :) That's my own VPN at my own server and I use it mostly for security reasons:

1) To have the same IP always in all services I use (google, payment systems etc)
2) To protect the admin zones of my own sites by IP.
3) To protect the data of my customers. To often they provide me admin access to their sites so I can check/fix CyberSEO settings. I don't want their passwords been stolen by some rogue ISP employee. Privacy of customers is a highest priority for me.

hjnet 12-15-2017 10:54 AM

Not asking for ID scans would open the door for money laundering. Would you trust such a website with your money?

No one not guaranteed, they do not use your ID in another service illegally.

Yep, unless your ip belong to actual ISP you are automatically flagged as VPN and i find that highly annoying as some services does not allow it to use them unless you access with ISP IP.

Not by banks, credit card processors, PayPal etc - they all are 100% ok with my VPN IP. Actually those are fully ok with my actual IP as well - I've never had a single problem in both cases. So I didn't get your point.

Yep that is irony - i just wrote an e-mail to service which have that stupid VPN check saying how paypal have no problem with using VPN, and they dont give a fuck.

Webster01 12-15-2017 12:47 PM

At Litebit you can buy easily with VPN, I bought there over 40 times. I never would turn my VPN off.

Maybe I've explained it bad, but VPN is not a problem (someone else has started talking about it, not me). They ask for ID scans for everybody - doesn't matter if you are under VPN and which country you are from. Just like you are a porn model who needs to fill out a model release and attach a picture of her holding ID's in the hands. This is a bit weird if we deal with cryptocurency.

Not at all weird, since you often don?t ONLY want to deal with crytocurrency, you want to buy with your creditcard, via bank transfer or cash out, using normal money. And since you are paying that into them, they are accountable for anti money laundering and know your customer regulations. Thus, making their request for ID a very valid one.

Yeah it is required only if you buy with CC or paypal, otherwise it's not needed. Too risky to accept CC payment without further validation.

Just read that there will be new laws in Europe next year that everybody who cash out have to identify themselves. I don't see the problem, you don't have to pay taxes on on it anyway. I rather indentify myself so the government knows how i made it and can buy a house or other things without problems.

As Russian who want to cash out, maybe a Cyprus residency is an solution. Many go there.

It depending from country to country, as this is "capital income". Same thing as when you buy/sell stocks.
