There isn't really such a thing as the best place to buy. It depends on many factors. Those from Europe would be looking for exchange platforms offering Euro deposits, while US citizens will be looking for USD deposits.

On another note, not all exchanges have the same prices of coins, since the volumes in each exchange are different.

Generally Bittrex and Binance are the most popular exchanges with a large variety of different coins.
