A tube making $300+ per month.

Looking to sell one of my tubes. Site and domain are 5 years old.
All videos are embeds from xvideos/pornhub/youporn/retube.
the site has 6k visits per day, 60k pageviews, %60 organic traffic. I've attached some analytics screenshots (https://ibb.co/kKmm5R, https://ibb.co/f2dzQR, https://ibb.co/jQWKQR). site is making around $160-170 per month from TrafficShop banners, Exoclick banners and HubTraffic earnings. popups are about $4 a day so thats an extra $120 per month.
Right now there are 15 sold links, (8 header links, 2 sidebar links and 5 navbar links). with an average of $500 per link for a year thats another $7000+ a year just from that. I have been selling links on this site on a monthly basis, alot of the link buyers are repeated customers.
total earnings is around $800 per month including everything.
I am looking to get $5000 for the site. Only serious buyers contact me please.
