Is it illegal for a few crypto Enthusiast to get together and buy and sell crypto coins? Perhaps we speculate on the same coin at the same time?

No. In fact pooling resources to spread your invesments is a good idea.

I wouldn't think it would be illegal. Until one of your crew disappears with all the money.

its called buy and dump. And they are manipulating the market.

I heard that as long as we are not deceptive about our promotion of the coin, that it is completely legal.

No one have to be in charge of the whole pool of money.

Open a skype group and keep all the info in there and you discuss among yourself where to put your investment next and everyone follow.

Legal or not, it's a pretty sleazy way of making $$$, in effect you would be stealing $$$ from unsuspecting idiots.
