I had heard this in several books but now it looks like it is true.

I read this guys book and Trumps gold courses all lose money so he fights the tax assessment. It is 80% too high on this statement based on what he is trying to get for several of them. Now a low tax assessment is good but that is a huge range on price.

Trump is money laundering dirty money, it's easy to see thats what is going on. He hides his money very well, so I wouldn't discredit that he's a billionaire.. Yes he's a con and a smuck, but he's very good at hiding his money, which is what money launders do.

Also, the golf courses are not intended to make money, they are part of the money laundering scheme. They are used to wash the money just like all his other real estate projects.

Its because these types are rich but they are asset rich. Their money isn't sitting in banks or funds that its easy to access. Their money is tied up in real estate and various ventures that requires constant growth/investors to keep above water.

Trump isn't old money/money in the bank rich, he's working with capital rich. This is why he's gone bankrupt so many times.

Basically, they have to continually chase that next score. He's dirtbag rich so to speak which is why the rich elite shun him.

His income for one year 2017 May was like $600 million, very similar to the year before. At a standard PE of 15 he's "worth" 9 billion with that kind of income. Who fucking cares? Trump isn't a good businessman in any way, shape, or form. Nearly all of his businesses have gone under. He must be the only person in the world who lost money owning a casino. At any given times he has dozens if not hundreds of lawsuits pending against him.

He has lost more money than he has made. Banks in the US won't lend him any money. Instead he needs to go to crooked banks in Europe.

But the casino was never meant to be profitable, it was one big money washer for laundering money.. as investigated by the Australian government who declined his application to build a casino here based on those findings.
