Thanks NETFLIX (Stocks)

Glad I bought a decent number of Netflix stocks a few years ago.

So far 250% profit and it went 10% up today, wow.

I totally recommend you to buy some.

Same Boat here, but I don't know how long they can maintain this trajectory. Obviously hoping for as long as possible.

Bladewire 01-23-2018 09:29 AM

Direct TV Now on my firestick & online kicks Netflix ass on the digital side. They don't send out DVD's (a dying demographic) but they have all the movie channels & cable channels, an online digital DVR, and live TV. Netflix will be forced to spin off their original programming to it's own channel soon so carriers like direct TV can sell it ala cart to the majority of people replacing their cable service with DirecTV now.

yuu.design 01-23-2018 09:43 AM

congrats man!

GAMEFINEST 01-23-2018 10:41 AM

yeah, that's where netflix is making all their money.. by sending out dvd's... you really have the market figured out.

Why is that?

I had Hulu many many years ago and just did not see the value. For Netflix, I like the original series'.

Sly 01-23-2018 01:23 PM

Oh and NVDA is another growth giant. Got in only last week and already up 15%. They have a few hot industries feeding it so hopefully maintains stable growth. The last year has been nuts though.

Agreed.

The crash is coming. I'm selling off my investment and keeping profit in when I hit a target and going back to safer grounds.

Normally I would agree but I wouldn't go dumping everything now. I bet we're going to have a very strong couple of years of economic growth.

Direct TV Now is destroying HULU.

Hulu had the initial advantage but fucking up their interface and the rolling out of their live TV has put them behind the curve and Direct TV NOW Has swooped in and taken viewship while also providing all the movie channels dhich Hulu & Netflix haven't been able to do effectively.

Yep I agree, there will be ups and downs, but overall I would hold. If you are an amateur and not trying to be a daytrader, just invest in FANG and hold. Thank me in a couple years.

djroof 01-24-2018 05:39 AM

Yes, Jesus is coming too but who knows when. Nobody saw the 1929 and 2007 crisis, not even the biggest banks or professionals so, how do you know the crash is coming?

I'm a long term investor, not a daytrader so as long you use 'stop loss' setups, you don't need to sale anything. If the market crash, I'm pretty protected.

Totally open to your ideas and thoughts :)

Netflix is just about the best thing ever invented in the history of inventions. Everyone should have Netflix even if they never watch it.

MrBottomTooth 01-24-2018 09:40 AM

Anyone checking out the pot stocks?

SNN is on a big move this week after going public. Up 26% over yesterday.

I've got some in ACB and WEED too.

It's always hard to say but, Amazon is a must. Now i'm waiting for AirBNB and Uber, they should be go public this year. I recommend you these too. They'll do great.

At the moment I have: Netflix, Apple, Amazon, Mercadolibre, Banco Do Brasil, Google, Facebook and a few more. Average profit: 44% a year (plus many bonds from third-world countries that pays between 7% to 10% a year) and a few funds too.

What do you recommend?

:thumbsup:thumbsup

Add Visa. They consistently have beaten and guided higher every single quarter since they came public.

Would love to know more about which bonds you are buying.

OSTK is a great stock if you believe in crypto, but it also falls and soars based on what's going on.

At&T is going to crush Netflix with Direct TV
Now . Deal with it

Netflix see their competitors as Amazon, Apple, Facebook and Disney, in that order. Anyone who hasn't got the content, or $billions to invest in content, won't even get near.

Thanks. I always thought 'it's too late' for Visa stocks but it seems its not. Appreciate the suggestion :)

Sure thing. Here you go a few examples:

7,125% Argentinien, Republik (2117) - USP04808AN44 - Börse Berlin

BUENOS AIRES, PROVINCE OF...DL-BONDS 2015(20-21) REG.S Bond | Markets Insider

PETROBRAS GLOBAL FINANCE B.V.DL-NOTES 2016(16/26) Bond | Markets Insider

Medium risk (sovereign bonds) and high return (between 7% to 10%).

Totally open to your suggestions too.

:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup
