reporo.com - don't pay or don't answer?
 

The reporo.com owes us at least $ 6585 earned from November 2017 to January 2018.

January 5, 2018, 18:41 I've sent them a letter to [email protected] with the question about our payment. No response. We wrote them 3 times but didn't receive any feedback.
Support team every time redirect me to this e-mail ([email protected]) because no one in live chat can help me, except this people who answer (don't answer) on this e-mail.

January 8, 2018 I made a payment request, and payment was in pending mode. Reporo's manager, John Cardwell, promised me that on January 22, 2018 we will receive our payment. But now the payment is in the status "rejected".

Maybe somebody knows to whom should I write and to what people I need to talk to receive money? Maybe somebody was in the similar situation with reporo.com and found the decision?

We need at least some feedback, and, as a result, our payment.

Cant tell about dont pay, but i can definitely say how they dont answer - their ticket system in publisher department is broken, when you create ticket, it's not visible anywhere in control panel , and nobody ever response. Send also e-mail to manager, there was no response. So i guess you can mark reporo as dead ad network on publisher side.

Anyone else seeing a trend in ad networks failing to pay? I wonder is any of this is related to Better Ads Experience algos as if late

I see a trend, not just in that , but general decline in CPM value, and also i'v see a lot of staff laid off on various ad networks, some of them which worked there for years.

I've been an advertiser on reporo for some time and I'm having a very hard time getting any one to reply as well. Emails to Vlad gone unanswered for weeks. Sending instant messages in their support window, nothing. Their facebook account has not replied to messages (or read for that matter) in weeks. Their traffic is still converting but if publishers like TubeCorporate aren't getting paid, this is certainly not good. I'll hold off on my next deposit until I can get a firm response. Reporo, if you can see this, kindly reply to the 5+ emails I've sent regarding reporting by publisherid/zones.

Thank you for the feedback guys, not only our company suffers from the ignorance of their live support.

Yesterday John Cardwell finally replied us and we made a new request for the payment. We have no complaints for now and still waiting for the payment

But e-mail still keep silence :( Maybe some of the Reporo managers will read this topic and the situation become better, because it's unacceptable to have no support and no replies in this kinds of situation.

Well, new update and more questions.
When reporo has the payment date? It's already 2-19. 2-15 has passed by.
We didn't receive payment yet.

WHY buy shitty traffic to send to the same old handful of cam and dating companies?

Competition, drop of average CPM, bad management moves.

If an ad network can't pay all of a sudden due to the Google changes then they had deeper lying problems. We're only 1 month into these changes, which btw seem to be having a bit of a positive experience in many GEOs, if someone all of a sudden isn't paying and say it is down to Google changes, they're lying.

Sad to see people not getting paid, especially Tube Corporate guys as they're great to work with and cause no issues whatsoever as a Publisher.

Always received my money before and now suddenly no one replies, John cardwell left Reporo, and Phil Bell also? what the f8ck is going on? Last year at the end they opened their new CPA platform, but i guess their a ruining things for them self now with this bad PR...

Pay the people! You sold the traffic, you should pay the guys, that make your company exist!

We are also waiting for the payment for last month. Wrote several emails and no reply. Looks very suspicious.
