There is almost always some more expensive products that are not locked. In 99% of cases nothing to do with waciss. And yeah, it happens, that part of certain types of products are locked, part not, again in 99% of cases not waciss.
But it it happens that it is something for blacks, it must be automatically waciss.

a) random thing (some things are locked, some are not, even within the same category etc)
