Air Force One can travel with over 100 people, and be deployed for weeks at a time. It cannot be resupplied on the road in a foreign country for obvious reasons.

Why does it cost so much? It's custom designed and has to build to much higher specifications than a regular plane.

In case of war. Air Force One can stay aloft for a crazy amount of time.

Anything that gets installed onto a plane has to meet all kinds of special requirements like safety, size, efficiency, power consumption, multiplied times 10 because it has to carry the most important person in the world, the POTUS.

I know you're kidding, but: The amount of ice required to keep that much food cold would weigh too much, would not last long enough, and cost too much to replace each time. Even in the era of Trump, $12 Million for a fridge on Airforce 1 doesn't seem extravagant to me, especially considering it should last at least 28 years which is how long the last fridges lasted according to Acepimp.
