Philadelphia Eagles who plan to skip the White House Super Bowl visit

With the Super Bowl LII win, the Philadelphia Eagles get to take home the franchise’s first Lombardi Trophy – and possibly plan a visit to the White House.

But not every player will attend the customary celebratory event in Washington, D.C. President Trump has infamously clashed with the NFL throughout his first year as president, lambasting players who knelt in protest during the national anthem. And some of his policy positions and rhetoric have angered athletes.

Multiple players for the New England Patriots skipped the White House visit last year after the team’s Super Bowl LI win.

Here’s a look at which Eagles players will not be flying to the White House this year should the invitation be offered.

Regardless of the kneeling thing I wouldn't want to be around a fat old guy that would make the visit all about him and how awesome he thinks he is and not about the Eagles winning the Super Bowl.

At least with all the recent previous presidents in my lifetime, everyone knew they were welcome and would rise above party lines and have a good time together.

So 3 players out of dozens won't be attending and this is supposed to be news? :1orglaugh

Dressed roster is 55 so it's probably in the 70's only 3 out of 70.

Brady didn’t go because he was racist when he won. Why is it News now?

Trump is a billionaire ten times over. Owns some of the most incredible real estate in the world. Has a young, totally gorgeous wife. And, like all other American Presidents is generally regarded as the most powerful man in the world. The news that a few nitwit, muscle heads don't care to shake his hand will be absolutely devastating to him for sure.

It will be almost as bad for him as acknowledging that so many of the totally pathetic GFY gutless wonder pornographer webmasters hate his guts.

I'd go to the white house as long as I didn't have to shake Trump's hand.
