I never suspected this could happen...

I agree.

No one should force an artist to create for people he doesn't want to. The local community and market should sort it out.

CaptainHowdy 02-07-2018 10:30 AM

It is reasonable ...

weird I had no idea.. okay, I agree BUT what about the lawsuit from the girls that wanted to get married and the cake BS?

notinmybackyard 02-07-2018 11:12 AM

Oh for fuck sakes this is ridiculous

I thought fags were only annoying on porn sets but it looks like that for many of them being a whinny pussy is normal. There's no shortage of bakeries so why don't they just go to another one? Maybe better still keep their money within the fairy community and just get another sodomite to make their cake?

Bladewire 02-07-2018 11:16 AM

^^^^ Shoves a fist fildo in his ass for his content yet calls others "fags" :2 cents:

Nobody cares. I've said many times that I agree with Rochard. You can't force someone to be creative for somebody else that's stupid.

But you think anyone not Trump are far left bleeding heart liberals so now you're confused why we don't all agree like you Trumplestiltskins follow the leader, do what you're told and believe what you're told. sad

What ever happened to the right to refuse service to anyone.

Yes but not for any reason. You can't discriminate in the service field. You can tell them that you aren't comfortable with making that type of cake and that should be enough for them to go elsewhere. Or they could even come up with a compromise. where they make a cake but they take care of the centre piece.

it really is a simple solution at the end of the day.

Bladewire 02-07-2018 11:54 AM

I wouldn't want someone baking my cake that didn't want to that's how you end up with spit and other shit in your food fuck that :1orglaugh

Same here. I understand people being angry with bakers who won't bake cakes for gay couples and feeling like it is discrimination, but I wouldn't want someone to make my cake that was strongly opposed to making it. As you say, spit and other things can end up in it, and honestly, if it is my wedding, I don't want to involve anyone who hates me and doesn't think I should be getting married.

The Porn Nerd 02-07-2018 12:04 PM

In New York we have novelty cake shops that will bake you a cake in the shape of a giant penis if you want. What's the fucking problem? I'm sure they deliver nationwide.

Besides, call me crazy, but can't they just put two Grooms on top of any old wedding cake and call it a day? Or two Brides whatever?

Exactly! In fact, I try not to rattle people in the service industry too much (unless of course, they are being total assholes). There is no limit to what could be slipped into your food, out of spite...

...you sure that's mayonnaise?

.

Rochard 02-07-2018 12:48 PM

I am not sure how I feel about this.

On one hand no one should ever be denied a service. On the other hand, you can surely argue that making a special cake is a form of art and thus a form of artistic creation.

It is disappointing, however. It surely is possible for someone to work in an area they do not like. I have customers at YNOT Mail that work in areas of the adult industry I found distasteful. However, a customer is a customer and they get the same level of support no matter if I like their content or dislike it.

LOL! You know what? Too bad for the baker. The world is changing fast and bakers who refuse to make cakes for gay couples are just losing out on business.

I remember when a taco bell employee for busted for putting shit in a burrito. No one should be forced to create something they are uncomfortable with. How would a liberal cake decorator feel if they were approached by the NRA to do a cake with a rifle on it?

Why would a gay couple want a cake from a strait baker when there are so many gay cake bakers out there? Do they discriminate against gay bakers?

Absolutely.

I learned a long time ago that if you want queers to behave themselves on your set all you have to do is keep telling them how awesome they are. Sometimes it even works to get them to drop $100 off their rate.

Thinking about it now I'll bet some greedy baker could make a fortune selling homo cakes by just blowing sunshine up the asses of the queers.

Exactly!. If you force someone to do something they don't want to do, It's going to be half-assed at best.
