How to ensure you respond to every Tweet response?
 

I want to make sure that I respond to every Tweet response that I get. It's difficult to keep track when notifications are constantly flying in and I'm getting 25-75 responses daily.

Is there a tool to help manage this? Same for Instagram would be a bonus.

I use both Buffer and HootSuite, for different accounts, and have not noticed this feature. Am I missing something?

iffft has a twitter trigger 'New mention of you'. You can then do anything with that... save to spreadsheet, get an email etc.
