The video footage from the Olympics is amazing

I'm watching the woman's snowboarding right now and... the video footage is just amazing. Even more so when you compare it to what we had twenty years ago.

I see they are using drones to follow the skiers which is neat.

I'm watching the same. The footage is really good. But almost every one of these snowboarders is wiping out. Then we get to see their wipeouts replayed in slo-mo from every angle.

I dont really agree with that.

For the most part porn is shot indoors so using a drone or a flying camera of any sort is just stupid.

But a number of sites have made some amazing videos with drones outdoors.

In the end sports and sex is apples and oranges

I disagree. Get a large room and shoot porn using a drone. Imagine the angles you can get, shots from above...

Of course, I was comparing the rate of well produced content utilizing new technologies, which leaves room for the technologies to be different.

The fact is, sports content has been revolutionized in the last 40 years. Alternate and new tech is available for adult, but the level of adoption has, in my opinion, been inferior. Perhaps the revenue model has something to do with this.

From experience doing this with 30 foot high ceilings at my San Diego studio I can tell you its very very loud, a bit windy and a real bitch when the updraft sucks it up to hit the ceiling and you have to dodge it as comes crashing down :1orglaugh

We experienced the same thing. Thought it would be great but the noise from the drone ruined it and it was way harder for the performers to focus when something is hovering a few feet from them in their peripheral.

You sure they are using Drones and not Skycams?

You can see the drones flying in some of the shots.
