Bitpay cancels Adult Content - Any Bitcoin alternatives?
"Thank you for being a valued BitPay merchant. Due to a recent update in our Terms of Use, we will soon no longer be processing payments for merchants which provide sexually explicit content.
We understand that switching payment processors can be a costly change for any business. You will have two months to find an alternative payment provider before your BitPay account is disabled. Your account will be disabled on April 25, 2018. Please collect any data you may need, since you will lose access to your BitPay dashboard after your account is disabled. All of the funds you have accepted with BitPay will be settled to you before or at the time your account is disabled. If you have any questions about this change, please reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Thank you for your understanding, and thank you again for giving our platform a chance. We wish you the best in your next steps. The BitPay Team" ---------------------- Wondering if there are any alternatives that accept Bitcoin. We transact a decent amount each year so we're eager to continue to accept the cryptocurrency. Must work with NATS. |
High processing fee is killing crypto payments.
Bump for this! |

Try https://gear.mycelium.com/ - you just collect the payments to your own wallet and then you can convert it on any crypto exchange.

Those coins still sit in a wallet. Untouched. My 8 hours of work has turned into a potentially nice little nest egg. |
Look into LitePay, it's going to be released on the 26th of February and in my opinion it's going to be the perfect bridge for crypto to fiat currencies, accept in Litecoin and convert instantly to fiat.

I thought that the WHOLE bitcoin was about NO censorship and NO limitation....What am I missing here??

Same thing happened to me with Bitpay. Apparently they got some investors who wanted to gear away from adult. What's weird is, they pretty much started with adult.
Anywho, I ended up switching to CoinPayments.net (referral link) and they offer sooooo many crypto options. I'm actually sort of glad Bitpay cut me off or I wouldn't of come across them. They also offer a Paypal option at no extra charge :thumbsup |

Why can't you integrate CoinPayments with NATS but Bitpay you could?
We just don't show the cyrpto options for affiliate referrals but I suppose using NATS would be better. |

btw, Bitpay is a real POS for this.
Bitcoin was created for financial freedom, ability to pay or receive always, and general freedom period. And now Bitpay pulls this shit, terrible :disgust |
Well, that sucks. We integrated BitPay into MPA3 back in 2013.
Mansion Productions' MPA3 Integrates BitPay Bitcoin Billing - XBIZ.com Agree with jcott. |
