JavHD DMCA complain to Google

can anybody explain what we do wrong?

Why JavHD report us to Google, this are all affiliate videos !?

maybe this is not a JavHD or another fake DMCA run?

My rule of thumb is: Anything longer then 10min, likely stolen by somebody ( even if you thought you have acquired it legally) anything shorter then that is probably OK...

My DMCA business affairs lady will slap anyone with who posts anything of ours which has over 10 minutes in duration.

Saying : "I have bought that iPhone 10 for 12 dollars legally, so why are the cops after me?" Sounds lame and about the same.

So what are the running times of most of "your"clips ??

You have a juicyads overlay on their video. End of story.

I did not copy Titles and Descriptions from JAVHD.com, you offered it thru the RSS builder tool.

This tool is not available today anymore

So you are saying you offer Titles and Descriptions to webmasters but we are not allowed to use them???

You also don't say this clear on your affiliate program!?

makes no sense to me

Also, I think you cant use their content without promoting them with at least a link/banner

Two ways to fix the problem:

1. Rewrite all titles from videos that got abuse.
2. Delete them and import from tool above.
