What kind of triggers this being highlighted is Greg Jarrett claims Sessions isn't really running the DOJ So who would be next in line? Rod Rosenstein... So Rod Rosenstein is running point on both the "Russia collusion" investigation as well as the investigation into the DOJ and the FBI..

Keep in mind Sessions has recused himself from the Russia investigation and anything asked about the FBI and DOJ investigation he refers to the IG. So he's pretty much admitting he's not involved... He doesn't want to be involved because it's ALL a complete coverup.

So let's look back at the events.. Rosenstein started the Mueller "Russia Investigation" because of Comey's firing... Trump's decision to do that was based on ROSENSTEIN'S suggestion. It was a total setup. Trump doesn't know who these people are.. Just like his campaign manager was a plant Rosenstein is a plant... It's all about covering up for the deep state..
