Putin is such a sore loser. Typical of dictator states always trying to assassinate their former spys when they switch sides. Notice the US nor any other western power ever has to do this? Notice our spys almost never switch sides? If you have to kill all your former spooks, it doesn't lend well to recruiting new quality ones.. you get the bottom rung, which is why they end up switching sides..

This is why dictator states like Russia always fail in the end.

Sergei Skripal was part of a Russia/Britain Spy swap in 2010, so what's even more egregious about this is Putin makes the swap deal and then he tries to kill the Spy he swapped. Putin always goes back on his deals. Putin always tries to cheat. Putin is toxic for Russias future.
