Paxum and The unautorizted transcation. Must See

Someone *A Hacker* got access to my laptop and managed to made afew unauthorized transcation from my different accounts online paypal / paxum / payonner / bank Online....

i reported all of them and get refunded expect PAXUM Who sent me this message.

the transfers could not be returned as the access to your account was made using your login data.

In this situation we suggest you address your local authorities and ask them to start an investigation and get in touch with us, through the legal channels, if they require our help in solving the investigation or contact the sender to retrieve your funds.

The transactions cannot be reversed. This was already reviewed by our management department.

* IS There anything new here? Obivously anyone managed to get password of your account and log in with data. hacker requested a new password which allow me to log in my account and paxum saying we can t returned funds as the access to the account was made using your login data.
Buffff this is really wired !!!! i have explained in details and get next Answer

NEXT Message From paxum : We understand your situation, but, as previously mentioned, there's nothing we can do if the account was accessed using your username and password. As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, Paxum is not responsible for losses incurred by User as the result of User's misuse or loss of a Password or PIN code.

i replied them as i insisted to get my funds back and here is next again

These transfers are more than a year old and cannot be returned. The user where the transaction for $225 was sent had his account closed and you need to contact the second user,XXX explain your situation an ask them to return the funds.

those transcation were reported once i disovered it. not more then a year
the user were transfer is sent is closed, is it my problem? i just requested refund of unathorizted transcation.

IS THERE ANY OPTION TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM PAXUM.
IT SEEMS THEY NOT COOPERATE AND THIER REPLIES ARE SO SENSELESS AND ZERO PROTECTION FOR THIER CLIENTS AND USER.

Report the incident to your local police. Take the report (which includes the case number) along with any documented proof of what happened (showing the unauthorized transactions, communication with the other PSPs, account statements, all legal contact information related to companies such as PAXUM etc) and make sure to file it with the police agency in your country which handles cyber crime. They should be the equivalent to the FBI in the USA.

Once you have collected the reports from both local police and the Cyber Police unit, you can email an advance copy to the PAXUM reps, and also mail them a hard copy by post. In your letter, request that they not only cooperate with any police authority that may be investigating the incident, but politely demand a full reversal of monies, if the particular situation allows. It really all depends on who "received" your money, and what method was used.

Either way ... good luck!

First i have no time to Go run over police and explain them and collect all those docs.
second why bank and paypal and payonner refunded me without any headacke while paxum sent me a joke message statuting that my log in was used to access the account? how are we accessing our accounts then?

i just feel paxum does not care and thier customer service are very rude, they don t care whatever happene to your money or account, all what they can do, it s Your fault.

LAST : I Want to Thank You very much for your suggestion but i honestly don t have time to go all over those steps, i just won t leave any big amounts in paxum and i will attempte look for better wallet since it s been very unpleasant experience with them

Sorry for what happened, but you just noticed the unauthorized transaction in nearly a year?
I don't know but for me i am checking my PP, Paxum, FCP, Cryptos and other online monies on a daily basis before i do anything else.
Good thing other monies were refunded, unfortunately not paxum.

We refund when we can, but if the affected funds have already left the system then there's nothing we can do. If you let me know your ticket ID I'll be happy to check into this for you.
Thanks

I Don t have Ticket Number.
refund must be returned if transcation are reported as unauthorizted which is what i did as i explained, credit card bank and paypal and others refunded me without iusses expect paxum who s started telling me different stories and when months and times Go by, finally they replied user is no longer with us.

Usually such things are reported/requested through a Support Ticket in the account. How did you communicate with us?

Please email me your account username and reference this GFY thread in the email so I can look into it.

Within a few months? The hacker took the money out of the system long ago, where do you want them to take the money to refund you? Credit Card or Paypal with a CC behind is different since you can chargeback but a paxum transaction isn't like that. You should have reported it right away when the stolen money was still in the Paxum account the hacker sent it too. What you are asking doesn't make any sense!

What he said, the one above me. That sums it up!
There is no reason why to wait months for reporting, you were thinking "will do that next monday?" ...

Paxum is the only adult industry debit card solution that works more or less, there is no alternative.

As noticed may times ago you can buy violence legally but sex is banned to be bought via PayPal.

elliso 03-14-2018 09:37 AM

Paxum is not best option and once U get unauthorizted transcation Ur fucked. unlike other companies who protecte Your funds and return it whatever it cost.

Paxum is a headacke and yet thier service is not really reliable.
i often have iusse with them, i had account like 6 years but i got enough as they don t care what happene to you, all what they are good at, asking for doucements, paying thier fees at times.

please anyone have better option share with me.
i just found transferwise which i am discussing with them thier options.
