Whoever is 40+, would you consider tips on health, diet and overall well being from celebrities or rather average people that look healthy at their age? I ain't 40 yet and I'd never take any advice from a celebrity but that's just me.

You'd have to be a complete bladewire to take advice from a celebrity at any age.

And what about real people, next door 'heroes'?

It's not about this, it's about interviewing average Joe, have the real life stories.
