If you read the NDA there is a side letter the true identity of who DD is. If she or her lawyer really wanted to prove she was telling the truth all they have to do is show the side letter. But because of what i posted in my previous post she can not or her lawyer show the side letter or it will violate the NDA which she has anyways. There whole argument this whole time is Trump did not sign this. All signs point that he actually signed it. Guess we will have to wait till July 12th for the hearing to find out who is right or wrong.

If the NDA had a clear clause that was grounds for summary judgment dismissal it would have been dismissed.

Really i didn't know there has been a ruling handed down by the FEC yet or the DOJ. Just watched Common Cause the organization who filled the complaints with the FEC and DOJ say even if this goes all the way most likely worst case scenario will be max fine of 2x the campaign contribution to the FEC and on the DOJ a hefty fine and nothing more. So how can you say it was a illegal campaign contribution until there has been a ruling. FEC has to make ruling by mid July on this issue.

But i had some NDA agreements in San Diego CA for smoking cessation therapy which had to be signed quickly and as i was out of the country at the time my attorney signed in my place. On the NDA it had my name (or) the attorneys name, very similar to Stormys NDA. It was legal then 2008 so unless the law in CA has changed i think its probably legal now.
