According to Judge nap if the Attorney paid it, it is a crime, as it is an illegal campaign contribution, no if's an's or but's about it. If Trump was aware that he paid it he is guilty of accepting an illegal campaign contribution once again according to the Judge. If Trump paid it then the question becomes where did the money come from to pay it. These are the two primary areas that Mueller will be investigating.
